We make real ice-creams, sorbet and granita with the basics - Fresh Menorcan milk, cream, eggs & sugar.
Made daily with fresh fruits & flavours from the town of Sóller & surrounding area, in addition to spices for recipes for classics & flavours from the globe.
We have a modern & little changed ice cream machine in the front room, first made in 1927, it was built to replicate original hand churned ices.
We sell Natural wines, organic and biodynamic low or no sulphured wines, by the glass and bottle, to accompany or to take away.
